Yesterday, OCC (Options Clearing Corporation) underwent leadership changes with Craig Donohue, the executive chairman, taking on the role of chairman of the board of directors in a transitional move, while CEO Andrej Bolkovic joined the board. Roland Chai, an executive from Nasdaq, also joined the board, replacing the longest-serving member, Meyer "Sandy" Frucher. The AFM's 26th Annual Conference in Thailand, scheduled for February 1-2, 2024, will cover a wide range of financial industry topics, featuring insights from diverse industry experts.
